About the role
- Take over the western hemisphere IT team, providing guidance and management.
- Drive a significant transformation project to success.
- Ensure the continued suitability of IT services to evolving business demands.
- Communicate and reinforce business objectives within the team.
- Engage with vendors and lead contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- More than 10 years of directly relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience leading a team through organizational change.
- Prior success having developed and executed a multi-year technology strategy.
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
- Holding a current security clearance is a plus.
- Prior experience designing constrained IT solutions in the US Defense Industrial Base or US Intelligence Community is a plus.
