About the role

  • Lead large-scale technology implementations using Palantir Foundry
  • Collect and analyze business requirements with stakeholders
  • Develop scalable and secure high-level solution designs that integrate various systems, applications, and technologies
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that best fit business needs
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, configurations, and processes for future reference
  • Provide training and support to users and technical teams for new solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field can be advantageous
  • Public accounting or consulting experience
  • Experience in Palantir Foundry platform
  • Experience with various ERPs and other enterprise software (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, CostPoint, Hyperion, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, data management, application development, and architecture frameworks
  • Experience in project management with use of iterative software development processes (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Ability to handle complex problems and take initiative to research issues, engage in self-learning, problem solve, and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, commitment to quality, customer focus, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate data-related requirements into innovative user solutions, drawing on prior education and experience, standard procedures, and basic analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with minimal oversight
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes in an agile environment
