About the role

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance goals to design manufacturing processes and facilities
  • Guide the team, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of process/site development
  • Operate within a larger PMO structure and report directly to Director-level leadership
  • Manage program deliverables to ensure schedules, budgets, and customer timelines are met
  • Update team’s status against the integrated master schedule (IMS)
  • Manage and report on the financial status of the project to stakeholders
  • Ensure resources such as Engineering, Technical SMEs, Production, and Facilities are available and aligned with program objectives
  • Identify risks, develop and implement corrective actions, and initiate program changes as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 15 years of prior Operations or Program Management experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 13 years of prior Operations or Program Management experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior Operations or Program Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years experience supporting production programs or working in an operations environment with hardware
  • 5+ years of earned value management (EVM) experience with a keen understanding of Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
