About the role
- Lead multidisciplinary team including construction managers, civil engineers, facilities planners, and technical specialists to achieve key business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and on-budget project execution.
- Manage program deliverables to ensure construction schedules, budgets, and timelines are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Update team status against the integrated master schedule (IMS) and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure resources are available and aligned with program objectives across Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities, and Infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior Program, Facility or Construction Management experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior Program, Facility or Construction Management experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior Program, Facility or Construction Management experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years construction project management experience (aerospace & defense manufacturing sites preferred).
