About the role
- Assist the production team to efficiently process work in accordance with a production plan
- Promote and deliver high quality output
- Work with Operations Management to execute a system of manufacturing standards following company policies and procedures
- Encourage team members to drive continual improvement in their production area
- Act as the point of contact for questions in their assigned production area
- Perform assembly work as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of prior manufacturing experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- Aerospace industry experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Specialized level of knowledge in the final assembly of flight hardware
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Moderate computer skills desired.
