About the role

  • Support the engineering team to produce engineering metrics aligning to business Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to gather requirements
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve products and processes
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate on optimal growth with business development teams
  • Act as an advisor to supervisors or staff
  • Influence the smooth running of programs and projects
  • Champion new concepts or technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field (Electrical, Software, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering)
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience
  • At least 8 years’ experience in technical program/project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interfacing with senior management
  • Bilingualism (French, English) required due to contractual requirements
