About the role
- Proficient knowledge of ECOTS component parameters, lead finishes, life cycle management, evaluation of GIDEP and Counterfeit vigilance
- Have experience reviewing and addressing PCN’s (MFR Part Change Notices)
- Have experience reviewing and addressing GIDEP and ERAI alerts
- Support Obsolescence reviews for CCA Bill of Materials
- Previous experience supporting CDRL requirements
- Lead DMSMS and Counterfeit activities
- Create/review/revise Command media (AS 9100) documentation for BMS in support of parts management role
- Creating and maintaining documentation types required for ECOTS components, Source Control and Vendor Item Components (ASME Y14.100)
- Support AS-9100 level audits by internal and external auditors
- Prepare PMCP (Parts Management Control Plans) for Programs
- Prepare PMCP Compliance matrix’s as required
- Proficient with MS OFFICE app’s (Word, Excel, PPT)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Proficient knowledge of ECOTS (Electronic Commercial Off the Shelf Components)
- Practical knowledge of project management
- Familiar with MRP/ERP Applications
- Comprehensive understanding of Configuration requirements for DoD Products
