About the role

  • Proficient knowledge of ECOTS component parameters, lead finishes, life cycle management, evaluation of GIDEP and Counterfeit vigilance
  • Have experience reviewing and addressing PCN’s (MFR Part Change Notices)
  • Have experience reviewing and addressing GIDEP and ERAI alerts
  • Support Obsolescence reviews for CCA Bill of Materials
  • Previous experience supporting CDRL requirements
  • Lead DMSMS and Counterfeit activities
  • Create/review/revise Command media (AS 9100) documentation for BMS in support of parts management role
  • Creating and maintaining documentation types required for ECOTS components, Source Control and Vendor Item Components (ASME Y14.100)
  • Support AS-9100 level audits by internal and external auditors
  • Prepare PMCP (Parts Management Control Plans) for Programs
  • Prepare PMCP Compliance matrix’s as required
  • Proficient with MS OFFICE app’s (Word, Excel, PPT)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
  • Proficient knowledge of ECOTS (Electronic Commercial Off the Shelf Components)
  • Practical knowledge of project management
  • Familiar with MRP/ERP Applications
  • Comprehensive understanding of Configuration requirements for DoD Products
