About the role
- Prioritize, maintain, and resolve on-site IT technical issues and escalations
- Manage the inventory of software and hardware materials
- Prepare, configure, and deploy desktop computer systems
- Ensure ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software
- Work with vendors to resolve technical problems
- Support management of network closets and server rooms
- Guide continuous improvement efforts for IT Customer and Site Operations service delivery
- Ensure consistent communication with end users and Site-level Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / Computer Information Systems or related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- A+ Security+ Network+/Microsoft certifications a plus
