About the role

  • Provide a key role in the expansion of L3Harris's systems solutions for International C2 and Mission Systems.
  • Support the development of complex systems, ensuring architectural integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define system architecture for new and existing products.
  • Participate in regional business development alongside Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Provide support during the design and integration of L3Harris products with third-party systems.
  • Assist with the physical integration of Radio products into various platforms.
  • Prepare documentation and assist in presenting custom systems solutions to customers.
  • Work with Sales, Program, and Project Management to translate customer requirements into solutions.
  • Represent L3Harris at NATO and customer-led conferences and technical meetings.
  • Coordinate with Product PLM and Engineering based on customer requirements.

Requirements

  • BSEE/BSME/BSCE/BSSE and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience in Systems Level Design and Integration around relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
