About the role
- Join a multidisciplinary team to help cleanup a major Superfund Site
- Assist in developing the long range vision and day to day management of large programs
- Conduct sampling and analysis programs, remediation programs, construction programs, and reporting
- Prepare various routine and complex reports, including quarterly monitoring and progress reports
- Manage oversight of multiple contractors in construction of remediation systems and infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- HAZWOPER certified with annual refreshers
- Knowledge of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, safety shoes, hard hat, Tyvek, etc.
- Proficiency with MS Office software suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Valid California drivers license
- US Citizen or Permanent US Resident
- Ability to work outside standard 7am-5pm work schedules
- Ability to walk or hike across uneven terrain
