About the role

  • Manage P&L, accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the ARDE site portfolio; to include site infrastructure, major defense procurements (FAR 15) and commercial bids
  • Lead and oversee the Program Management function of the business and adjusts strategic direction and processes to achieve year-over-year growth.
  • Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations, working with export officials.
  • Drive organizational objectives: financial performance, on-time delivery, quality management, and safety.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the site; with the ability to establish a culture of trust, open communication, data driven decision making, customer focus and relentless continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related Aerospace & Defense experience.
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related Aerospace & Defense experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related Aerospace & Defense experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience directly owning program(s) P&L and growth.
  • 5+ years people leadership experience.
  • Active US Secret Security Clearance.
