About the role
- Accountable for overall program performance commitments to include:
- Customer Satisfaction: Continually delighting our customers with our values, responsiveness, and overall mission performance
- Financial: Orders, sales, operating income, investment, cash flow, budget, and reserve forecasting and execution
- Schedule: Timely, responsive, and successful completion of all program activities (informal) and deliverables (formal)
- Quality: Program deliverables meet or exceed L3Harris and customer expectations
- Responsible for business strategy development including market and capability assessment and resulting product development and pursuit recommendations
- Ensure that all resources including staff and facilities are available to support the portfolio
- Prepare and provide reports and briefings to L3Harris leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience;
- Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience;
- Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
- Large development program leadership experience
- Space industry experience
- Business strategy
- Strong customer relations with NASA, NOAA, or DOD customers
- Space industry experience
- Team leadership
