About the role
- Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver critical corporate projects from RFP through design, execution, and delivery, including proposal preparation, SOW development, contract negotiation, and oversight of cost, schedule, and quality performance
- Serve as the Program Manager for a range of projects, managing all phases from initial concept development through full project completion and delivery
- Act as a primary liaison with customers, users, and senior leadership, providing regular briefings and ensuring frequent, effective communication to support program success
- Direct the work of functional employees in the execution of assigned projects, establishing and monitoring performance against schedules, plans, and milestones
- Collaborate with the finance team to support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, including data collection, reporting, and variance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with nine (9) years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate degree with six (6) years of prior related experience
- Lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Interim Secret Security Clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Strong knowledge of program management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in engineering or operations
- Working knowledge of system-level requirements, design practices, hardware specification, and development
- Data network systems experience
- Advanced Battle Management Systems engineering or business experience.
