About the role
- Responsible for initiating and conducting EVMS surveillance audits to support internal EVMS compliance metrics
- Drive/guide a program team toward best business practices utilizing standard tools and processes in an Earned Value Management environment
- Perform data traces and analysis to determine EVMS compliance with the Standard, System Description and associated company policies/procedures
- Manage audit activities to include surveillance initiation, data traces, interviews, corrective action notifications, and assessment reporting through to program compliance completion
- Communicate earned value concepts and non-compliances clearly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline)
- Minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- 8+ years of related EVMS work experience
