responsible for the financial management, review, billing, and forecasting of assigned programs
work closely with Program Finance team and Contract Managers to ensure accuracy of invoices
prepare quarterly, monthly, and weekly financial reports
validate actual cost reporting
support monthly closing activities
responsible for project setup and maintenance with the financial systems
review and prepare monthly project billings for government agencies
identify, generate, and ensure proper recording and documentation of any required correcting entries
research and respond to customer questions
proactively work with Program Management and the project team to prepare monthly cash forecast collections and funds run out analysis
create and maintain projects within Deltek Costpoint financial system

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
4-6 years’ experience in Microsoft Office applications including Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and IMB Cognos Report
