Join a team of dedicated professionals supporting military communication products from pre-release to obsolescence
Investigate problems including RF/Analog, digital, assembly, SMT and test related
Collaborate across multifunctional teams to diagnose problems to component level
Determine solutions via simulation and experimentation and implementing corrective actions
Interface with design engineering, assisting with root cause analysis
Troubleshoot prototypes and ensure a successful launch into full rate production
Mitigate component shortages through qualifying alternatives or redesigning circuits
Determine design, process, and test improvements to increase test yields and product quality
Work with design engineering and manufacturing teams to introduce new designs into manufacturing
Provide guidance to junior staff and lead investigations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in RF
4+ years of RF experience
Electrical engineering degree preferred
Experience with tactical Radio and Power Amplifier HW
Experience troubleshooting to component level
Working knowledge of LabVIEW, ADS and Jira
Experience with MS Office including advanced spreadsheet manipulation and presentation creation
