About the role
- Responsible for the execution of divisional compliance policies in accordance with U.S. trade regulations (ITAR and EAR)
- Providing compliance guidance to the business population
- Authoring license and agreement applications
- Managing U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce license recordkeeping requirements
- Reviewing department export authorizations for accuracy and adherence to Corporate Trade policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Trade Compliance
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with U.S. trade regulations (ITAR and EAR)
- The ability to effectively coordinate simultaneous activities and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment
- Willingness to travel if required
