About the role

  • Involved with testing and design integration for aerospace and defense technologies.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and mentor engineers.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of EMI/EMC issues.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies, customers, and industry groups to stay ahead of evolving standards.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) from an ABET-accredited university program.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Existing DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
  • Knowledge of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) theory.
  • Experience in using Spectrum Analyzers, EMI receivers, signal generators, RF power meters, RF amplifiers, and antennas.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring engineers and driving complex technical projects.
