About the role
- Involved with testing and design integration for aerospace and defense technologies.
- Drive strategic initiatives and mentor engineers.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of EMI/EMC issues.
- Engage with regulatory bodies, customers, and industry groups to stay ahead of evolving standards.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) from an ABET-accredited university program.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Existing DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
- Knowledge of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) theory.
- Experience in using Spectrum Analyzers, EMI receivers, signal generators, RF power meters, RF amplifiers, and antennas.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring engineers and driving complex technical projects.
