About the role
- Join a team of dedicated professionals supporting military communication products throughout their lifecycle
- Investigate problems related to Analog, Digital, and RF
- Collaborate across multifunctional teams to diagnose problems and implement corrective actions
- Interface across engineering during new product launches to assist with troubleshooting and ensure successful launch
- Monitor daily factory yields, investigate failures, and determine corrective actions
- Mitigate component shortages and redesign circuits as necessary
- Provide guidance to junior staff and lead investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s EE Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with tactical radios is a plus
- Experience reading schematics and datasheets, probing circuits and understanding proper circuit operation
- Troubleshoot circuit assemblies to component level
- Ability to select alternate electronic components and know what testing is required to qualify them
- Working knowledge of LabVIEW and Jira a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
