About the role
- Provide guidance to other employees and execute hardware and software system integration
- Manage team and individually contribute to system integration and testing activities
- Perform design verification testing efforts including lab, chamber, ground, and flight test
- Assess, troubleshoot, and develop mitigation strategies for complex system issues
- Collaborate across fast-paced multidisciplinary team
- Develop and run simulations and analysis tools to predict system performance
- Analyze data from design verification test efforts
- Track and present technical performance results
- Author test plan/procedures, non-conformance reports, requirements, and other system engineering CDRLs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience in unmanned aircraft or guided weapon systems
- System level experience in design and integration of complex hardware/software systems
- Hands-on system integration experience
- Experience with aerospace systems, especially in integrated hardware/software products
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
- Experience with MATLAB, LabView, Python, or C/C++/C#
- Experience in Control Account Management as part of an Earned Value Management System
- Experience with proposal development including generating basis of estimates
- Excellent people skills with experience leading and collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
