About the role

  • Contribute to the success of the International Strategic Collection and Targeting Programs business unit.
  • Act as Program Manager and IPT Leader for a Foreign Military Sales tactical special mission aircraft program.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned contract scope and proposals.
  • Lead cross functional teams including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Quality, Security, and others.
  • Build trust-based relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadership.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently, including delivering regular presentations and status updates to leadership.
  • Explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures to gain cooperation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sustainment projects for military ISR platforms.
  • Customer liaison experience preferred.
  • Proven team player with the ability to work effectively with others; has outstanding customer relationship skills and presents a professional appearance.
  • Ability to support multiple efforts, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain professional behavior in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels including executive leadership.
