About the role
- Provide organizational management, leadership, and direction to engineering teams
- Oversee planning and staffing of teams
- Ensure effective resource allocation for product development projects
- Collaborate with integration and test functional teams to measure and improve practices
- Establish working relationships with project managers and technical leaders
- Hire and retain top talent, fostering innovation and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 13 years prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
- Experience leading and managing engineering teams
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- PMP Certification preferred
- Product development process experience for defense environments
- Proficiency in Office, Visio, JIRA, DOORS Requirements Management Software, and Project
- Familiarity with LabVIEW/TestStand or comparable programming language
- Data Analytics proficiency
