About the role
- Ability to manage large projects or processes that span across multiple functions, stakeholders, or departments.
- Act as a consultant by providing guidance or training to other employees.
- Communicate within and outside of own function or business, pulling teams together to collaborate and align on proposed solutions.
- Explain, interpret, and gain cooperation on procedures and practices.
- Work consists of making moderate to substantial improvement or enhancements to systems and processes to improve performance of job area.
- Opportunities for problem solving and innovation are complex and may require comprehensive information gathering, analysis and investigation to better understand the problem.
- Problems typically involve consideration of multiple issues, job areas or specialties.
- Problems are generally solved through creative solutions, drawing from prior experience and in-depth analysis of issues.

- Contribute to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Previous experience working in continuous improvement rolls across a production area.
- Previous experience with project management.
