Managing and directing all security related issues associated with the IC & DoD program portfolio
Executing all facility security functions including SCIF operations, personnel security, program support, physical security, document control, badging, and access control
Implementing all requisite national security directives
Analyzing and investigating security incidents and violations; preparing internal and external customer reports
Managing and handling incoming and outgoing classified material, destruction and other accountable items
Creating and maintaining continuity books and procedures for multiple security functions
Preparing and updating Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and other documents in accordance with customer guidelines

Requirements

Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance required
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Completion of an accredited/approved CSSO course; other professional accreditations and certifications
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience using security management software and applications
Working knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's) and supplement Information system security experience
Experience implementing NISPOM requirements and ICD 705 Standards
Familiarity with operations of SCIF spaces in the manufacturing/testing realm
Proficient writing skills that include experience with program protection plans and CONOPs.
Expertise in providing others with direction and guidance on various security projects
