About the role

  • Have a strong understanding and knowledge of business analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions
  • Partner with client groups to build and execute upon talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and goals
  • Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experience and business results
  • Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned
  • Promote high professional standards and positive interpersonal relationships

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor & Employment Relations or equivalent area
  • Some experience with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational/Management Development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching and consulting skills
  • Efficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as a solid contributing member of a team as well as operate independently
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft
