About the role

  • You research a wide range of topics and, ideally, write press releases, editorial content and other PR formats yourself in a clear, engaging and audience-appropriate style.
  • You proactively approach journalists, editorial teams and media professionals to strategically and sustainably place our clients in relevant media.
  • You create well-founded link plans, continuously research new potential link sources and evaluate them in terms of quality, relevance and sustainability.
  • You develop cross-channel campaign and content concepts that consider both SEO and GEO objectives as well as PR and brand aspects of our clients.
  • You conduct backlink analyses and audits: you analyze existing link profiles, identify opportunities, detect toxic or unnatural links and derive concrete recommendations for action.
  • You analyze competitor backlink profiles (link sources, content formats, placement logic) and translate the findings into realistic and scalable link-building measures.
  • You produce meaningful reports, analyze results and confidently present your findings to colleagues and clients.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree or comparable vocational training with a focus on communication, marketing, business or a related field.
  • You have already gained initial practical experience in PR, link marketing or related areas.
  • You are strong in communication and present yourself confidently and professionally to clients, partners and media representatives.
  • You have a strong interest in current topics and developments such as GEO and a genuine enthusiasm for press work and digital communication.
  • You work proactively and independently, are not afraid of direct outreach and are characterized by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
  • You enjoy creative work, have strong media literacy and keep track of multiple projects at once.
  • You are a team player, open to feedback and enjoy professional exchange with your colleagues.
  • You have very good German and confident English skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits
  • High flexibility: flexible working hours and location (anywhere in Germany) plus 30 days of annual leave.
  • Annual employee review meetings for your professional and personal development.
  • Monthly credit for tax-free benefits with a choice of vendors (e.g. Rossmann, H&M, REWE and more).
  • Regular digital and in-person meetups and a great team spirit.
  • Work in a broadly positioned digital agency with long-term prospects.
  • Open and constructive interaction within an appreciative company culture.
  • From soft drinks and chocolate to a fruit basket — our offices leave nothing to be desired!
