About the role

  • Shape the operational core and product world of Löwenanteil.
  • You are responsible for coordinating purchasing, production and logistics, and for driving the strategic development of our product portfolio as well as Customer Success.
  • You lead a team of currently 6 employees with clarity, empathy and assertiveness.
  • You pursue close collaboration with our Managing Director and Marketing to perfectly synchronize demand and supply.

Requirements

  • You bring solid leadership experience from the FMCG, food and/or startup environment in e‑commerce and understand the dynamics of physical products as well as the specifics of premium organic foods.
  • E‑commerce experience is a must for us.
  • You master the interaction between operations and product, have experience managing external production partners, strong negotiation skills and enjoy keeping complex supply chains stable and efficient.
  • You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams (5+ people).
  • Your excellent communication skills and high social competence make you a valued sparring partner for your team, the founders and external partners.
  • You are strong in closing contractual negotiations and have an eye for numbers, quality and sustainability.
  • You can take the 10,000‑foot view for strategy but are not afraid to get hands‑on and work operationally when needed.
  • You are passionate about food, identify with sustainability and hold high standards for the quality of our products.
