• Als unser:e Performance Marketing Manager:in bist Du die treibende Kraft hinter unserer Neukundengewinnung.
• Du holst das Performance Marketing Inhouse, übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für unsere Paid-Performance-Kanäle und skalierst sie profitabel.
• Dein Ziel ist es, unsere Mission datengestützt und mithilfe modernster Tools an Millionen von Menschen zu bringen.
• Du konzipierst, steuerst und skalierst unsere Performance-Kampagnen auf Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Shopping) und idealerweise TikTok mit klarem Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung und Profitabilität.
• Du bist an vorderster Front und setzt KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) smart ein – von der automatisierten Ad-Copy-Erstellung über prädiktive Analysen bis zur schnellen Auswertung von Creative-Tests.
• Du entwickelst eine rigorose A/B-Testing-Roadmap für Creatives, Zielgruppen, Landingpages und Offers, um kontinuierlich neue Wachstumstreiber zu identifizieren.
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative Team übersetzt Du Performance-Daten in klare Briefings und testbare Hypothesen für neue, erfolgreiche Ad-Konzepte.
• Du baust aussagekräftige Dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4) auf, überwachst alle relevanten KPIs, steuerst das Budget und erstellst präzise Forecasts.
• Du behältst den Markt, Wettbewerber und neue Trends im D2C- und Food-Sektor im Blick und leitest daraus proaktiv Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

Performance Marketing Manager, Vollzeit

Chief Marketing Officer

• Develop and implement a holistic marketing and growth strategy (brand & performance)
• Translate company objectives into clear marketing goals, KPIs, and roadmaps
• Act as a sparring partner for the executive team on growth, budget, and go-to-market decisions
• Responsible for marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI management
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the marketing team (currently 13 employees)
• Establish clear structures, processes, and responsibilities
• Develop team leads and foster ownership & performance
• Responsible for D2C e-commerce growth (conversion, AOV, retention)
• Manage and optimize all relevant paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Performance analysis, testing setups, attribution, and data-driven decision making
• Close collaboration with Product & Operations to optimize the customer journey
• Strategic development of brand identity and brand experience
• Manage the content strategy across all touchpoints (social, website, campaigns, CRM)
• Responsible for influencer & creator strategy (awareness, trust, conversion)
• Ensure a consistent brand presence online and offline
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotions
• Develop scalable marketing playbooks for growth markets
• Market and competitive analysis in the food & FMCG sector

Head of Marketing

Product Manager

• As Head of Product, you will take overall responsibility for our product portfolio and lead the entire product function.
• You bring everything together and ensure that our products and product-related processes integrate seamlessly.
• Product strategy & product development: develop new products and product variants based on market, customer and business insights.
• Leadership & team management: functional and disciplinary responsibility for a team (currently 6 people) covering Product, Operations and Customer Success.
• Manage external production partners, including quality assurance and cost control.
• Responsible for planning, controlling and continuously optimizing the entire supply chain.
• Shape all product-related touchpoints to ensure a consistent and outstanding customer lifecycle.
• You proactively shape and align decisions with the founders, peers and other departments.
