• As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our new customer acquisition.
• You will bring performance marketing in-house, take full responsibility for our paid performance channels and scale them profitably.
• Your goal is to bring our mission to millions in a data-driven way using state-of-the-art tools.
• You will design, manage and scale our performance campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Shopping) and ideally TikTok, with a clear focus on customer acquisition and profitability.
• You will be at the forefront of applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) smartly.
• You will develop a rigorous A/B testing roadmap for creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers to continuously identify new growth drivers.
• In close collaboration with our Creative Team, you will translate performance data into clear briefs and testable hypotheses for new, successful ad concepts.
• You will build meaningful dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4), monitor all relevant KPIs, manage the budget and produce accurate forecasts.
• You will keep track of the market, competitors and new trends in the D2C and food sector and proactively derive actionable recommendations.

Performance Marketing Manager, Full-time

Operations

• Als Head of Operations bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Produzenten, Logistikpartnern, dem Fulfillment und unserem E-Commerce-Team
• Du baust skalierbare Prozesse, sorgst für operative Exzellenz und treibst du die Expansion in neue Märkte, sowie in den LEH operativ mit voran
• Du steuerst das operative Geschäft mit deinem Team und bist gleichzeitig strategischer Denker und Macher für deinen Bereich als Sparring und Impulsgeber für unsere Gründer
• Strategische Steuerung & Skalierung der gesamten Supply Chain – von der Produktion über das Fulfillment bis zur letzten Meile
• Aufbau und Optimierung operativer Prozesse zur Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Effizienz
• Management unserer externen Produzenten & Partner : Verträge (sowie Vertragsverhandlungen), Qualitätsstandards, Forecasts und Lieferperformance
• Operative Verantwortung für den Eintritt in den LEH : Zusammenarbeit mit Category Management, Verpackung, Logistik & Distributionspartnern
• Führung & Weiterentwicklung des Operations-Teams mit aktuell 2 Mitarbeitenden und dem Customer Success Team mit Teamlead und aktuell 3 Mitarbeitenden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Gründerteam , Finance, E-Com, Marketing & Produktentwicklung
• Aufbau eines belastbaren KPI-gestützten Controllings für alle operativen Bereiche
