About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the independent development and maintenance of the online shop in Shopify
Evaluation of new features and tools
A/B testing and analysis of on-site KPIs
Management of complex e-commerce projects
Coordination of internal and external partners for the creation of assets
Effective collaboration with other departments and incorporation of customer feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–4 years of professional experience in e-commerce
Experience with Shopify (Plus)
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce or a comparable qualification
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends and customer needs
Experience in on-site marketing and working with creatives
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Familiarity with SEO, web analytics and tools such as Google Analytics 4
Confident use of tools such as Klaviyo, Figma, Google Keyword Planner and project management systems (e.g., Asana)
Fluent German and English skills
