About the role
- Processing of digital customer orders across all L&T e‑commerce sales channels
- Picking and packing of goods
- Management of digital customer orders and communication regarding orders with all sales departments
- Ensuring compliance with shipping and quality standards
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or initial experience in customer service
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and computer/IT skills (MS Office)
- Independent, diligent and detail-oriented working style
- Good time-management skills and ability to work in a team
