About the role
- You will further develop our company-wide Treasury function and establish scalable processes and structures
- You are responsible for central cash management initiatives and the administration of our eBanking system (e.g., Omikron), including authorization and bank partner structures
- You prepare regular reports for financing partners and ensure compliance with all financial covenants under our syndicated loan
- You analyze and steer group-wide liquidity planning and are responsible for financial risk management
- As a central interface between banks, management and internal departments, you derive decision-relevant recommendations from thorough analyses
Requirements
- Several years of solid professional experience in Treasury or Cash Management, ideally in a banking environment or consulting firm
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of liquidity planning and control
- Experience with direct reporting to management and confidence in an international environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting and balance sheet issues
- Familiarity with financial covenants (e.g., net leverage, equity ratio)
- Analytical, structured and independent working style with high reliability
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and databases (ideally SAP or Oracle)
