About the role

  • You assume full operational responsibility for more than 25 company-owned restaurants, ensuring stable processes, high quality and genuine hospitality
  • You lead and develop our Operations Managers as strong hosts and leaders, driving performance while providing guidance, support and clarity
  • In this role you establish robust routines that support operations — structured, reliable and practical for everyday use
  • Your leadership shapes the service and hospitality culture of our company restaurants for the long term
  • You translate strategy into operational reality, roll out projects from the Service Center into the restaurants and ensure their consistent implementation
  • You are regularly present on the floor and, through your leadership, ensure that our restaurant standards are applied in day-to-day operations
  • You identify operational risks and weaknesses early, make clear decisions and use metrics as a management tool

Requirements

  • Several years of leadership experience in chain restaurants or a comparable multi-unit environment
  • Enjoy developing leaders and teams, challenging them and helping them improve
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, service quality and kitchen realities
  • Strong hands-on mentality: you know how things run on the floor and want to be there
  • Structured, pragmatic working style with a focus on what matters
  • Commercial acumen and confidence in working with KPIs/financial figures, without losing sight of people
  • High willingness to travel and enthusiasm for being present in day-to-day operations
