About the role
- Support in developing, maintaining and scaling our operational restaurant standards internationally — occasionally on-site at our restaurants domestically and abroad
- Ensure brand compliance and adherence to local legal and operational requirements
- Contribute to the establishment and further development of a unified document and standards management system
- Provide conceptual support for training and education measures to sustainably embed the standards
- Analyze metrics and feedback to continuously optimize operational processes and standards
- Act as an interface for internal and external stakeholders and provide regular reporting to the Head of Standards & Processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Hospitality Management, or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in a similar role; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Interest in operations, processes, quality and scaling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and motivation to grow in a dynamic, international environment
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good German and English skills
