About the role

  • Support in developing, maintaining and scaling our operational restaurant standards internationally — occasionally on-site at our restaurants domestically and abroad
  • Ensure brand compliance and adherence to local legal and operational requirements
  • Contribute to the establishment and further development of a unified document and standards management system
  • Provide conceptual support for training and education measures to sustainably embed the standards
  • Analyze metrics and feedback to continuously optimize operational processes and standards
  • Act as an interface for internal and external stakeholders and provide regular reporting to the Head of Standards & Processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Hospitality Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in a similar role; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Interest in operations, processes, quality and scaling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and motivation to grow in a dynamic, international environment
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills
