About the role
- Management of the franchise portfolio
- Review and structuring of existing contracts
- Ensuring digital filing and transparency
- Coordination of new contracts and support during the signing process
- Preparation of relevant content from specialist departments
- Communication with partners
- Support for franchise meetings, calls, partner events and conventions
- Active process and document management
- Development of procedures, tools and structures
- First point of contact for external organizations
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Management or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in portfolio, contract or partner management, ideally in branded gastronomy or franchising
- Solid knowledge of contract and document management and experience in process management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills and a high service orientation
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- High communication skills, discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
- Excellent German and English skills.
