About the role
- Operational management of the restaurant, including budget and staff planning
- Support the restaurant manager in preparing the business performance analysis (BWA)
- Monitor and ensure all standards regarding personnel, inventory, and quality management
- Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations
- Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in the restaurants
Requirements
- A completed commercial/vocational qualification or substantial experience in gastronomy or hotel management
- Extensive knowledge of budget and personnel management
- Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
