About the role

  • Operational management of the restaurant, including co-responsibility for budget and personnel planning
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing the operating financial reports (BWA)
  • Monitor and ensure all standards regarding personnel, inventory and quality management in the restaurant
  • Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations
  • Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in the restaurants

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or solid experience in gastronomy or hotel operations
  • Extensive knowledge of budgeting and personnel management
  • Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
