About the role
- Operational management of the restaurant, including co-responsibility for budget and personnel planning
- Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing the operating financial reports (BWA)
- Monitor and ensure all standards regarding personnel, inventory and quality management in the restaurant
- Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations
- Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in the restaurants
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or solid experience in gastronomy or hotel operations
- Extensive knowledge of budgeting and personnel management
- Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
