- Lead team of Service Technicians to achieve financial goals
- 50% or greater time working with field service technicians
- Hiring, training, and managing service team staff in best customer service practices
- Directs staff responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment
- Provides customers and service team with product information and availability
- Delivering prompt, professional solutions for customer and service team inquiries
- Represents the opinions and suggestions of the customers to the company
Requirements
- 3+ years of mechanical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of basic electrical theory
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel and Word
- Proven ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams
- Capable of safely lifting and operating equipment weighing 75lbs
- Prior managerial experience preferred
