About the role
- Overall responsibility for HR support during the operational transfer, including preparation, go‑live, and sustainable stabilization of the site, taking into account employment law and works council/co‑determination requirements
- Advising and sparring with managers on all HR‑related topics (employment law, co‑determination, organization, change leadership) in an operational logistics environment
- Trusted collaboration with employee representatives and active participation in information, consultation, and involvement processes
- Designing and implementing central HR processes at the site, e.g., workforce planning, onboarding, performance and absence management during the transition and ramp‑up phases
- Supporting change and integration measures to promote stability, acceptance, and cultural development following an operator change
- Ensuring legally compliant and consistent HR documentation and close coordination with central HR functions and external interfaces
- Supporting the development of HR strategies for the sustainable development of the site
Requirements
- Degree, ideally in business administration, or a verifiable further qualification in human resources
- Professional experience in HR management with the readiness to take on responsibility
- Structured way of working combined with strong communication and organizational skills — carefulness and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive matters
- Flexibility to respond appropriately to changing requirements in the HR area
