About the role

  • Manage and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including reviewing and posting incoming payments.
  • Monitor open items, handle dunning processes, and process payments.
  • Prepare and process quotes, cost estimates, invoices, and other order documents.
  • Enter and maintain customer and order data in the company software.
  • Provide telephone support for customer inquiries and assist with daily operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support the accounting team.
  • Process customs documents and export shipments after appropriate onboarding.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk, or equivalent.
  • Good MS Office skills and willingness to learn new software.
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken.
  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and confident communication in customer contact.
  • Independent, structured working style and reliability in handling numbers and administrative processes.
