About the role
- Manage and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including reviewing and posting incoming payments.
- Monitor open items, handle dunning processes, and process payments.
- Prepare and process quotes, cost estimates, invoices, and other order documents.
- Enter and maintain customer and order data in the company software.
- Provide telephone support for customer inquiries and assist with daily operations.
- Perform general administrative duties and support the accounting team.
- Process customs documents and export shipments after appropriate onboarding.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk, or equivalent.
- Good MS Office skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken.
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and confident communication in customer contact.
- Independent, structured working style and reliability in handling numbers and administrative processes.
