About the role
- You independently handle all administrative and organizational tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding
- You maintain personnel files and update master data in SAP SuccessFactors as well as in the Atoss time-tracking system
- You are the first point of contact for all HR-related questions from employees and managers
- You obtain work permits and carry out the necessary registration procedures with the authorities
Requirements
- You have a commercial vocational education, ideally complemented by further training as an HR administrator or an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as an HR administrator
- You communicate excellently in German, both written and spoken, and have good English skills; additional languages are a plus
- You are IT-savvy, enjoy working digitally, and demonstrate strong team-player qualities
