Requirements

10 years of technical support experience on surge protection solutions (AC, DC, Data, and RF)
Professional communication skills, written and spoken English
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
General computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, and PowerPoint
Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience with a CRM and ERP system (preferred)
