- Collaborate effectively with customers on new projects
- Bridge the technical gap between sales and customers
- Support Sales in acquisition of new customers and ongoing needs
- Resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints professionally
- Support trade shows and give customer-facing presentations
- Provide quarterly updates on key market trends and competitor releases
- Support new product development process by gathering technical specs and business cases
Requirements
- 10 years of technical support experience on surge protection solutions (AC, DC, Data, and RF)
- Professional communication skills, written and spoken English
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- General computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience with a CRM and ERP system (preferred)
