About the role
- Provide leadership and direction for operational execution and lifecycle management of Commercial products
- Lead the end-to-end operational implementation of Commercial product initiatives
- Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Serve as operational liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish governance structures for product lifecycle management
- Communicate with senior leadership and executives, provide reports on performance and progress towards objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Related Field
- At least 7 years of experience in Commercial or managed care product operations
- At least 5 years in management or supervisory roles leading cross-functional projects or teams
- Demonstrated experience in benefit and rate implementation, product setup, and compliance coordination
- Strong understanding of Commercial product lifecycle management, including pricing, benefit configuration, and compliance processes
