About the role

  • Oversee IT Solutions Delivery for assigned Domain team
  • Responsible for Design, Delivery, Integration and Support for IT Systems and Processes
  • Develop working knowledge of legacy Business Processes/Systems
  • Manage a team of Systems/Technical Analysts, Technical Leads, Development Staff
  • Collaborate with teams supporting various operational and regulatory functions
  • Provide ‘thought leadership’ for assigned Business Domain and broader IT team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
  • At least 7 years of IT Applications work experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive management experience
  • At least 5 years developing Software Solutions leveraging a Software Development Lifecycle Methodology
  • At least 4 years of IT Vendor (Software and Consultant) Management
  • Strong leadership, team building, organizational and program/project management skills
  • Ability to influence key internal and external business/IT partners
  • Ability to create Application Architecture diagrams and Roadmaps
