Manage and provide leadership and support for development/maintenance of Oracle Database, SOA, Web based Portal applications.
Prepare short and long term plans to address infrastructure projects as well as support to and technical leadership for internal/external stakeholders.
Lead Center of Development Excellence team to develop technical talent, identify learning gaps, ensure consistency, implement best practices and create Consultant oversight model.
Manage staff including monitoring of day to day activities, performance, mentoring, training, and handling of questions or issues raised by staff.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical function leading the creation and maintenance of software applications.
At least 4 years leading staff or supervisory experience in the development and implementation of integration solutions for business applications across multiple platforms on Windows, UNIX O/S and Linux environments.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent communicator with the ability to discuss and understand HealthCare business partners across all operations as well as understand I.T. concepts and project methodologies.
