About the role

  • Manage all aspects of implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Create and monitor performance trends for functional areas
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve end-to-end business processes
  • Oversee related business operations and prepare and review reports
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for other staff
  • Function as a strategic partner with the Executive Leadership team
  • Analyze business processes to identify and execute process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field
  • At least 5 years of experience in core operations, IT, or finance in program management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale financial projects/programs
  • Preferred: Experience on Medi-Cal, Medicare or Covered CA in addition to 6+ years of program management
  • Preferred: Experience and knowledge in any of the following programs: CALAIM, Proposition 56, Public Hospital Directed Payments (PHDP), and Enhanced Payment Program (EPP).
