About the role
- End-to-end management of IT change control and software releases
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and deployment of software releases
- Develop and maintain release documentation and metrics
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with software releases
- Lead and mentor the release management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Related Field
- At least 6 years of experience in strategic release planning and execution
- At least 6 years of experience managing release plans for high-quality software
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Scrum Master or ITIL - Intermediate certification required
