About the role
- Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across the organization
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Design, test, and implement process improvement initiatives across departments
- Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and process mapping sessions
- Document new processes, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure sustainability of improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Field
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, operations, or related experience
- Experience leading Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Proficient skills with process improvement tools (process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
- Proficient skills with data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
