About the role

  • Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Field
  • At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, operations, or related experience
  • Experience leading Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Proficient skills with process improvement tools (process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
  • Proficient skills with data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
