About the role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for customers.
- Organize and manage customer user group events across the EMEA region and plan field events.
- Assist with the launch and management of a customer advocacy platform, assist team members in the development of customer newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
- Create pre and post event campaigns to assist BDRs and Associate Account Managers with outreach.
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
- Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects.
- Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs.
- Understand and keep up with industry trends.
- Align tactics (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, target account advertising, etc) and content to the buyer’s journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing and/or sales
- Fluency in English and French required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Partners, Sales, and Support
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Familiarity with managing customer advocacy platforms (User Evidence preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
