About the role
- Lead and scale global PR program while establishing Kyriba as a thought leader in the financial technology and treasury management space
- Build and execute comprehensive external communications strategies that elevate our brand across corporate announcements, customer success stories, and thought leadership initiatives
- Develop proactive media strategies for corporate milestones, product launches, customer wins, and company news
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with tier-1 and industry-specific media, journalists, and editors across key markets
- Lead crisis communications planning and reputation management across all external touchpoints
- Establish and launch Kyriba TV as a flagship content platform for video thought leadership, customer stories, and industry insights
- Define content pillars, production workflows, and distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to create compelling video content that demonstrates Kyriba's expertise and innovation
- Measure performance and iterate on content strategy based on audience engagement and business impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and department leads on external communications best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or external communications roles within B2B technology, SaaS, or financial services
- Proven track record building and scaling global PR programs from the ground up
- Strong media relationships across UK, European, and global business and technology press
- Experience creating and managing video content programs or branded content platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into compelling business stories
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing and advising senior executives
- Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships with a focus on performance and accountability
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft narratives that resonate across audiences
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
