About the role

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba's market presence.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba's solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the DACH region.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
  • Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes.
  • Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
  • Fluent German and English is a must.
